Alerts


It is important that, if you sign up to chat to customers on the Lumi Global website, that you switch on all the required alerts to make sure that we do not miss an important enquiry/chat.

Amend Your Personal Preferences

Log in to your HubSpot account in your preferred browser/app. Click on Profile and Preferences:

Click on Notifications

Under Email, make sure the following is selected

  • Chat conversation assigned to you
  • Chat conversation reassigned to you
  • Email conversation assigned to you
  • Email conversation reassigned to you

Under Desktop notifications, make sure the following is selected

  • Bell - On
  • Pop-up - On
  • Browser - On

Under sound and appearance

  • Play a sound when you receive a new pop-up notification
  • Display a red dot in your browser tab when you have unread bell notifcations in HubSpot

Under chat and email conversations

  • All notifcation topics for assigned
  • All notifcation topics for new unassigned
  • All notifcation topics for reply

If you have the HubSpot app installed on your mobile device (highly recommended) the following Mobile app notifications need to be selected

  • All notifcation topics for assigned
  • All notifcation topics for new unassigned
  • All notifcation topics for reply
