When a visitor selects the Talk to Agent option, they will be asked to summarise what the purpose of their chat is.

This information, together with their contact details will trigger an email notification when a visitor starts a chat

A Teams Channel notification when a visitor starts a chat. It is important to reply to this notification if you are online and able to chat to the visitor.

Note that the View in HubSpot button will take you to the contact details of the visitor wanting to chat to us. Please navigate to the Inbox to respond to the visitor (refer to next section for instructions).
