How does it all work?


We have a Chatbot set up on all of our website pages.

The Chatbot will be the “first point of call” for all interactions with visitors that visit the Lumi global website.

Once the visitor provides us with their full name, email address and country, the following options are available for them to select from:

  • Can’t Access Meeting
  • Request Quote
  • Talk to Agent
  • Sales Information
  • Software Support

The “Can’t Access Meeting”, “Sales Information” and “Software Support” options will route them to the HubSpot articles that is relevant to their selection.
