Although the Lumi devices can accommodate a host of different question types, legal meetings mostly require traditional For, Against and Abstain voting.
To combat the large number of resolutions a company can have and the time it takes to vote upon all of the them, Lumi has a method of voting called Multi Motion Voting (MMV). MMV allows all resolutions to be opened at once at the start of the meeting, providing members time to vote until the poll is closed. Below Steve Longley, the Head of Product development explains MMV further.
Lumi’s sophisticated solution can also accommodate various election questions. This includes elections via multiple rounds and even candidate dropout rounds.
