Someone from your organization should be a moderator for incoming questions during your AGM (between 1 and 3 people). Lumi need to give those people access to the Moderator Dashboard ahead of time.
Here is how it works.
Lumi will send an initial email to the appointed moderators titled “Your Lumi AGM invitation”. Click on the hyperlink in the email. You will be redirected to the Lumi website and prompted to create a username and password.
Once your credentials are ready, you need to notify your Lumi representative so they can give you access to your specific meeting on the Moderation Dashboard.
When your Lumi representative gave you the required access, use the same link to log to the Moderator dashboard, enter your credentials and click on the title of your event.
Note that If you lost the hyperlink, you could ask your Lumi representative to give it to you again. If you forgot your credentials, just click “Forgot Password”.
